Refund and Returns Policy

At Era Roots Farms, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or tampered
The wrong product has been delivered
The package is missing items
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used food products
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return or replacement:

within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order number and clear images of the product and packaging
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days
All the Approved exchange will be completed and delivered with in 15 business working days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Replacements
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible
